Join Chef Sally on a journey to fall in love with cooking in the space of this workshop (truly!)

Fed for Wellness’ Plant-Based Cooking Workshops are not your average workshop.

It’s educational - we venture to the farmers market and meet Sally’s local farmer and learn how to choose the best seasonal organic produce

It’s creative - we learn how to create recipes from our basket of produce, season it perfectly and make it tasty and edible for the whole family - kids included!

It’s delicious - together we feast on our bounty for lunch and enjoy nourishing and connecting over good food and healthy conversation (where you can ask Sally anything about health and wellness!)
