Lemon Tahini Dressing

1/2 cup Tahini (hulled is best for maximum creaminess)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/3-1/2 cup water
1 small garlic clove, minced or grated


1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar
2. Shake until mixed well

Stores well in the fridge in the same jar!
